National Junior Honor Society

         Segue IFL's chapter of the National Junior Honor Society recognizes and inducts new members annually.  In order to be inducted into the NJHS, students must qualify for membership by demonstrating strength in the 5 pillars established by NJHS: Scholarship, Leadership, Service, Citizenship, and Character.   Students must have a high G.P.A., must show leadership skills in and out of the classroom, provide service to the school community, be actively involved to school events and programs and have positive interactions with their peers and adults by following Segue's REACH model.  Lastly, students must have a clean disciplinary record.
          Each Segue scholar is considered for this recognition by their teachers and staff annually, starting in 6th grade, and must demonstrate achievement of the 5 pillars for two out of the three years as a middle school scholar. We will be inducting 24 new members to the Segue IFL NJHS chapter this year in a ceremony being held on April 11th.  The following students and their families are invited to this ceremonial event:
